Employee Entrepreneur Mindset – What type Do You Have?

What I want to shoot the breeze to you about today is something that receives a lot of conversation and is tossed around a good number. That is the Employee versus Entrepreneur mindset. The problem since i see it though would be the fact most times this topic is discussed it is not a conversation that works extremely well to enlighten people on your different ways of thinking, but to look to convince someone what the right way of thinking could be. How they should think. How could have act. What they needs to have. It`s usually in a manner to convince them to buy or sign up for something. Have you been there before?

To me that isn`t the reason for the Employee Entrepreneur Mindset discussion; reasons to? Because not everyone is meant be an entrepreneur and not individuals are meant to be an employee! Simple! The thousands of firms that exist today would not exist if everyone wanted to be an entrepreneur and run their own home office. Conversely there has to get some entrepreneurs to begin the businesses to create products and services and the livelihoods that go utilizing them.

What I’d like to do today is walk through fundamentals of the Employee Entrepreneur Mindset discussion and ask you questions along the way. Not questions about signing up for something, or buying something, no, just questions about do you truly know what mindset a person? Or what it is this : you are interested in.

I read an article today that discussed how entrepreneurs are born the way they are. That it can’t be learned, it can’t be taught, and 1 of three be an instinct! I’m a potentially read individual and fruits and veggies that I’m not always going to read factors that I agrees to. This is one amongst those protective cases. While I agree presently there are types of entrepreneurs with different skill sets and instincts, I don’t think it is something that can’t be taught. The writer in my opinion, contradicted himself by saying, the “entrepreneurial instinct can viewed as latent one, and awoken upon seeing someone else using the skill.” To me, is actually being enlightened, being educated and arriving to terms that’s not a problem fact that you want become an entrepreneur. To close out my point, as stated in the author, mathematicians are born an issue ability to differentiate second order differential equations. Is just your years of Calculus courses that awakens their “latent” ability! Ya right!

I digress and understand that you can learn to become an entrepreneur as I am living proof that can be done. Once an engineer in auto industry, yes I had my “latent” ability to differentiate second order differential equations awoken somewhat reluctantly over the years, Now i run an unusually successful multi-national organization i have built over the past 6 a lot of. Did I have the skills I needed? No. I learned that. Did I have the desire, dr john spencer ellis when compared to think in which where that author created a slight mistake, it’s the will that may not be taught. That is the burning in your belly that motivates of which you do what it takes to get the job done, regardless if you are an employee or marketer. When my engineering career wasn’t having the job in deep trouble me personally, I converted and this i am. Enough about me though, unusual of a question is what do you want? Do you want to be an employee or entrepreneur?

For some people the acknowledged being directing his own course scares them, where others it confuses them. It confuses them as truly don’t exactly what being a business owner means. Simply put an entrepreneur is term applied to person is actually willing to produce a medical or enterprise and accept full responsibility for merely. Sounds simple right but i’ll just tell you don’t under estimate the simplicity of that definition.
